Nick earned his juris doctor from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law. Prior to law school, Nick obtained a bachelors degree from Stonehill College in Massachusetts, where he majored in English and competed as a member of the men’s soccer team.
Before joining Heritage Law, Nick gained valuable experience in both the public and private sectors, shaping his practical, client-focused approach to legal counsel.
Nick concentrates his practice on estate planning, working closely with individuals and families to develop customized strategies that protect assets and provide for future generations. He regularly prepares wills, revocable living trusts, powers of attorney, and advance healthcare directives, ensuring each plan aligns with his clients’ specific goals and values.
In addition to estate planning, Nick assists with trust and estate administration, guiding personal representatives (“executors”) and trustees through the probate and trust administration process with clarity and efficiency. His well-rounded background enables him to navigate complex matters thoughtfully while delivering clear, actionable guidance at every stage.
Originally from Tampa, Florida, Nick now resides in downtown Greenville. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, building and tinkering with PCs and following college sports – especially Kentucky basketball.
