Phyllis Nisoff McMahan is a Paralegal at Heritage Law. She has extensive paralegal experience and assists with all estate and probate matters for the firm.

She has a paralegal certificate from National Center for Paralegal Studies in Atlanta, Georgia as well as an Associates’ Degree in Health Science from Horry-Georgetown Technical College. Phyllis has over 35 years of experience providing comprehensive paralegal support to attorneys in various practice areas.

Phyllis enjoys spending time with her husband and family at their home located in the mountains of North Carolina. She loves to hike, cook and travel. She is also active in volunteer and civic activities including:
